I have shown many videos of me performing at my best levels with Sjogrens Syndrome. I wanted to share with you what happens at least once a month when my antibodies attack my cells and I have a flare up. It attacks different parts of my body but in these pictures it impacts my right leg. I can’t walk and I am on crutches. Yet I will continue to go to the gym. It hurts a lot and pain causes stress. People say stay home and rest but one of the best therapies for stress is exercise and I have to find creative ways not to use my right leg but I will never stop trying.
If I can do it then you definitely do not have any excuse not to try!!!
